Wouldn't adventures in time, NUMBA 6 have been ironic?
Let me explain a little.

Once upon a time there is a tv show called 'The Prisoner', in this said show there is a secret agent man who quits his job- he is then kidnapped and put into a 'perfect' place called 'the village'. Everyone here has no name, but a number and his is number 6.
Any time he tries to escape he is stopped by various means, one of them being a enigmatic bubble called 'Rover' *points up* That thingy. It roars...no, really, go ask your parents.

"Doctor-"
"Sh! ....Be very still."

I don't own Doctor Who nor do I own The Prisoner.
